Phone in questions:

Our phone hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Payment Methods:

On-line payments may be made by credit card, check, or money order. PayPal may also be used for on-line payments. These items will ship to you within two business days of receiving payment.

Mail In Orders may be paid with Certified Funds (preferred), Credit Card (Master Card or Visa) Money Order, or Personal Check. Items purchased with Certified Funds, Credit Cards and Money Orders will ship within two business days of receipt of the order and funds. Items purchased with Personal Checks will be held until the Personal Check clears the bank. Once the check has cleared the item will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping and handling:

Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If the online rate calculator doesn't work, shipping and handling will be $5.00 per item.

Returns:

Items may be returned for exchange only. If you wish to return an item call us for authorization. Then ship the item back to us, in unworn, like new condition (customer pays shipping). After we receive the item and it has been inspected, we will ship your replacement article.

Privacy:

We understand the importance of protecting personal information. We will never give or sell your personal information to any outside parties. You are not required to register for an account to make a purchase. Signing up for an account will allow you to see past purchases and you will not have to enter personal information for future purchases.
